Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility: Makers classes are available for students ages 9 and up (younger students may join with teacher approval) 2. Some projects may require additional guidance depending on age and skill level. 3. Safety & Supervision Students must follow all safety instructions when using tools, equipment, or digital devices. Protective gear (such as goggles or masks) will be provided and must be worn when required. 4. Parents acknowledge that Makers projects involve hands-on use of equipment (e.g., laser cutter, heat press) and accept associated risks. 5. Materials & Fees A materials fee may apply for special projects (e.g., sublimation, wood, or custom supplies). Fees are included in the total amount owed. 6. Attendance & Makeups - Makers classes follow the same attendance policy as regular art classes. - Missed Makers classes can be rescheduled within the package validity period. - Makeup classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. 7. Project Completion - Some projects may span multiple sessions. Students are expected to attend consistently to finish their work. - Unfinished projects cannot be refunded or credited if the student withdraws before completion. 8. Ownership of Work All completed projects belong to the student. The studio may take photos of student work for educational and promotional purposes (with parent consent). 9. Behavior & Responsibility - Respectful behavior and care of studio tools/materials are required at all times. - Students who repeatedly fail to follow safety or behavior guidelines may be removed from the Makers program. 10. Refund Policy Makers Classes are not refundable.
